I have a passion for macro and nature photography, as well as architecture – especially that from bygone eras. I have found that photography, music and software (my three creative passions) have many commonalities, including communication, translation, and the ability to recognize and take advantage of patterns.

I shoot with Canon, Nikon and whatever Android phone I have on hand. Many of my favorite photos came from my cell phone. As a friend said, “Software is a tool, not a skill.” Similarly, a camera is a tool, not a skill. Capture what you see with what you have, and don’t be afraid of processing to make it reflect what you see in your head.
